This coordinated tent and seating rental package brings a white 20 x 20 high peak tent, tables, beige folding chairs and standard polyester linens together for easier event planning. It is a welcoming setting for backyard parties, graduation celebrations, family gatherings and intimate wedding events in Eau Claire and the surrounding Wisconsin communities.
Package price: $699. Choose your included dining layout and black or white linen color:
- Rectangular: 5 eight-foot tables, 40 beige folding chairs and 5 standard linens.
- Round: 4 60-inch round tables, 32 beige folding chairs and 4 standard linens.
Choose black or white standard-drop linens. Beige chairs are included; grey may be substituted. Ask WFF to quote white or black padded folding chairs at +$2 per chair, or Cross Back or Chiavari chairs at +$5.75 per chair, based on the chair count in your selected layout. Specialty linen colors and floor-length linens are available as quoted upgrades.
Included: tent installation and removal on standard grass with stakes. Delivery/travel, weighted installation, table and chair setup, sidewalls, lighting, taxes and site-specific extras are additional. Dining capacities do not include food, cake, gift, DJ, bar or service areas. Tell us about those needs so we can plan additional space and tables with you.
